Lash Application: A How-To Guide

Wondering how to Get Lashed? If you are a beginner and confused about how to apply your false strip lashes, this handy guide will walk you through the entire process and help you apply your falsies like a pro in just a few simple steps!

Step 1:

How to prep your lashes

Start by curling your natural lashes before applying your strip lashes. This gives your false lashes a base to sit on so they blend seamlessly into your natural lashes for a flawless fit. Use our stylish rose gold lash curler to perfectly curl your lashes.

Step 2:

How to measure and trim your strip lash

Carefully remove our strip lash from its box to ensure it retains its shape. Measure the false lash against your natural lash line by placing it exactly where your natural lashes start in the inner corners of your eyes. If the false lash has more length than you require, trim it with our lash scissors. Always trim off any extra length from the outer edge of the lash. It’s always best to be conservative with trimming so you don’t end up with lashes that are too short for your eyes.

Step 3:

How to apply Lash Adhesive

Apply a thin layer of lash adhesive to the lash band, taking care to add a little extra on both ends to ensure the corners don't lift up after you've applied your lashes. Our lash adhesive offers a strong hold to ensure your lashes last and also comes in a variation with a brush handle. After you’ve applied the lash glue, wait for 20-30 seconds or until the glue becomes tacky so it sticks better.

Pro Tip: Using a black adhesive will effortlessly give your falsies a natural look as the glue won’t be visible and will blend seamlessly into your natural lash line

Step 4:

How to apply your false lashes

Hold your lashes with our lash applicator and place them carefully as close to your natural lash line as possible. Place the strip lash down in the center of the eye before sticking it down on the corners. Press down on both corners with the applicator to ensure that the lash is stuck on properly on the edges.
